What is considered unworn, unopened and resalable condition?
If you must remove costuming from its packaging, please do so as gently as possible and then refold as neatly as you can back into the costume bag.
In order for merchandise to be considered resalable, it must have all its accessories included, be free of stains, rips or tears and able to be placed back in the original packing to return onto the sales floor.

What is your return policy for online orders?
We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase & are ready to celebrate Halloween, so we'll accept returns that are unworn with the original accessories, no damages to the costume or accessories, and in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving package.
What are shipping costs?
- Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
- Some merchandise is considered oversized and is subject to additional shipping fees.
- Locations in remote areas may also require additional fees.
