Why can’t we try costumes in store?
Our changing rooms are closed for the 2020 season due to COVID-19 in order to protect our patrons and our staff.
We have posted sizing charts through both locations in order to assist with the sizing of different costume manufacturers. Our staff is also available happy to advise in finding the right size costumes.
What is considered unworn, unopened and resalable condition?
Due to Covid-19 we please ask customers to not try on costumes. If sizing is a concern please follow the charts noted online or available to view in store. If you require more information before purchasing online please email email@example.com, and we will be happy to advise you.
If you must remove costuming from its packaging, please do so as gently as possible and then refold as neatly as you can back into the costume bag.
In order for merchandise to be considered resalable, it must have all its accessories included, be free of stains, rips or tears and able to be placed back in the original packing to return onto the sales floor.
What are shipping costs?
Shipping is free on all orders of at least $150 before taxes in Canada. All orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate fee of $20. Some merchandise is considered oversized and is subject to additional shipping fees. Locations in remote areas may also require additional fees
