In-store Return and Exchange Policy

Regular priced items may be exchanged or returned that are unworn with original packaging and resalable condition up to October 12th, 2026.This excludes wigs, makeup, masks, hosiery and clearance items ending in $0.97 or $0.98 all of which are considered final sale.

All purchases including regular priced items made between October 13th and November 1st 2026 are final sale.

What is considered unworn, unopened and resalable condition?

If you must remove costuming from its packaging, please do so as gently as possible and then refold as neatly as you can back into the costume bag.

In order for merchandise to be considered resalable, it must have all its accessories included, be free of stains, rips or tears and able to be placed back in the original packing to return onto the sales floor.

If sizing is a concern please follow the charts noted online or available to view in store.
